Coach With Us!
Join The Signature Staff
Safe to say our camp staff and coaches have just as much fun as our campers. We look for coaches who jump right into the action, get everyone involved, lead with integrity, and are experts in their sport. Check out the open positions that we are hiring for at camps in Florida, Tennessee, Upstate New York, and Massachusetts:
Available Positions
Resident Coach
Our Resident Coaches spend time both on the field coaching up the campers and leading our activities and adventures. You will be responsible for a team of campers and bunk in the dorms with your team and fellow coaches. While working, your meals are covered and you are paid both in hours on the field coaching, plus days/nights you are working camp. Must be entering your Sophmore year of college & older to apply.
Junior Coach
Our Junior Coaches day-to-day look a lot like our Resident Coaches, however, a Junior Coach is entering their Freshman year of college. We provide our Junior Coaches with a returning co-Resident Coach who trains them and helps with the best practices of camp.
Assistant Director
We hire an Assistant Director for each sport at our camps. Assistant Directors have completed at least one year as a Resident Coach or previous experience with Overnight Camps. Assistant Directors work alongside our Camp Director to manage check-in/check-out, staff training, travel coordination for our Headlining Coaches, and communication with parents.
Interns
Want a glimpse into the sports management or entrepreneurship space? Our Sales & Marketing Interns learn the ins and outs of marketing, event planning, and scheduling for an Overnight Sports Camp. Each internship includes the spring semester leading up to the summer camp series, and employment at at least one Signature Sports Camp. Internships are paid positions and can count as credits at most colleges and universities.
Nurses
We hire regional or travel registered nurses who are certified to practice in either Florida, Tennessee, New York, or Massachusetts. Preliminary responsibilities include administering medications, record keeping, and tending to day-to-day bumps, bruises, and tummy aches. We provide accommodations for Nurses as needed, but staying on campus is not required.
