2024… you were good to us. You brought over 300 campers and 45 coaches and staff members. You brought hikes through gorges, waterfalls, and paddleboarding. You brought specialized training for lacrosse, soccer, and field hockey players, as well as headlining professional athletes, which inspired us all. You brought cannonball contests, s’mores, and camp games. But most importantly, each camper at Signature Sports Camps belonged. We saw each camper and coach go out of their way to include each other in the lunchroom, support each other on the field, and rock out together in dodgeball.

2025 Overnight Summer Sports Camp Locations
Florida
What can you expect at Florida Overnight Sports Camp? All of the beach vibes. Pretty much everything we do (games, dance parties, s’mores) happens on the beach. Hey, our field even overlooks the beach. We love our Florida location at Eckerd College for the waterfront views, mangroves (perfect for paddleboarding), and the Gulf Coast breeze that cools down our sports training sessions.
Florida Session Dates:
- Session I: July 7th- 11th, 2025
- Session II: July 14th-18th, 2025
Mind the Gap: Sessions run from Monday to Friday – Are you planning on doing both? Signature offers campers 12+ the opportunity to stay the weekend with the “Crossover Weekend” session. Programming is geared towards recovery in between sessions: think cold plunges, mobility workshops, and small group training sessions.
Tennessee
Did you know that we have two campuses at our Overnight Sports Camp in Tennessee? We utilize the University of the South: Sewanee for Session I and St. Andrew ’s-Sewanee (the boarding school 5 minutes down the road) for Session II. Honestly, we couldn’t choose a favorite campus between the two. Both locations bring our excursion to hike the Foster Falls waterfalls, waterholes for freshwater swimming & boating, and epic canteen rooms (basically game rooms that we end each night at).
Tennessee Session Dates:
- Session I: July 15th-19th, 2025
- Session II: July 22nd-26th, 2025
Stay Over: Sessions run from Tuesday to Saturday – Crossover Weekends are also offered for our 12+ campers in Tennessee!
New York
Nothing beats the Finger Lakes in the summertime (if you know, you know). Let’s paint a picture at our NY overnight camp location: cool mornings, swimming in the lake between sports sessions, and an excursion to hike the Watkins Glen gorges… yeah, we will see you at check-in. And did we mention how easy it is to get to Keuka College (our New York campus)? Keuka is an hour from Rochester, Ithaca, and Syracuse airports (and we offer transportation packages to get you out to camp when you arrive).
New York Session Dates:

New England
New in 2025…. New England Overnight Sports Camp: We are so excited about this camp because our campus is a real campground! Located in Orford, New Hampshire, this campus is at the foothills of the White Mountains and goes by ‘Camp Merriwood’ by day. We are grateful that Camp Merriwood is hosting our camp after their sessions wrap up, providing the perfect grounds for a sports training site, sleepaway camp on the Lake, and hikes through the Appalachian mountains.

2025 Sports Tracks
Did you know that lacrosse is our legacy sport? Our Director was running overnight lacrosse camps for college lacrosse programs when she had the thought, “This sucks: we are burning these kids out with all lacrosse all the time… what if we add the fun of traditional summer camp activities and excursions to this?”… It all started with lacrosse and a vision to become “the best sports camp ever.”
Each Signature Sports Camps location has lacrosse. But in 2024, we launched the Soccer Track at our Florida Location and the Field Hockey Track at our New York location—and it was awesome! We welcomed partnerships with local programs and top-tier coaches in soccer and field hockey, and implemented a player development program for each sport that included positional training, small group sessions, game play, and so much more.

Why Wait: Payment Plans That Encourage Early Registration
The earlier you sign up, the smaller your monthly payment. Parents put a deposit of $250 down at registration, then we spread camp tuition over each month leading up to July 2025. So say you register in October 2024, your monthly payment would be as low as $125/month.
Bring Your Friends
We host teams and groups of friends year after year. Get your group together and let us know how many campers you have – we will hook you up with a discount code ($150 off with groups of 3+, $250 off with groups of 5+). Plus, we will keep your group together when it comes to bunking, field sessions, and activities.
Not coming with a friend? Don’t worry: there will be plenty of campers your age also coming by themselves… you won’t be in a sea of groups!
